Decision Review may be engaged as a standalone service
for qualified teams with sufficient documentation.
Where key assumptions remain unverified,
a preliminary Manufacturing Reality Check may be recommended.

How Decision Review Works
1) You bring one decision.
Not a business.
Not a strategy.
Not a vision.
One concrete decision
you are about to make.
2) We conduct one structured judgment session (60–90 minutes).
This is not a brainstorming session.
This is not a strategy call.
This is not consulting.
You will be asked a fixed set of questions
designed to surface:
– hidden assumptions
– irreversibilities
– failure paths
– self-deception
– sunk-cost traps
3) We do not give recommendations.
We do not tell you how to execute.
We do not propose alternatives.
We do not “improve” your plan.
4) We form a position.
After the session,
we take time in silence
to form a judgment.
The outcome will be one of three positions:
STOP
PAUSE
PROCEED
5) You receive a written Decision Summary.
You will receive a formal written judgment
recording:
– the decision under review
– the assumptions it relies on
– the unavoidable risks
– the irreversible losses
– the position taken
– why that position was taken
