Manufacturing Reality Check (CMRC) → Decision Review → Technical Interface
Most engagements begin with a Manufacturing Reality Check,
which establishes verified baselines and key assumptions.
For qualified teams with sufficient documentation,
direct access to Decision Review may be available
subject to internal assessment.
Technical Interface requires prior baseline validation.
